Mark Price Perry

Business Driven PMO Evangelist BOT International  

Mark Price Perry is an advocate of Business Driven PMO Setup and Management. In 2002, after 20 years of general management experiences where he was a constituent served by a PMO or a business executive to whom the PMO function reported, Mark founded BOT International, a boutique consulting firm that helps organizations determine and achieve the purpose and value of their PMOs. Mark is the author of the Business Driven PMO three book series which includes Business Driven PMO Setup; Practical Insights, Techniques, and Case Examples for Ensuring Success (2009), Business Driven Project Portfolio Management; Conquering the Top 10 Risks that Threaten Success (2011), and Business Driven PMO Success Stories; Across Industries and Around the World (2013), published by J. Ross Publishing, 2011. Based upon his books, Mark has given presentations and workshops on Business Driven PMO Setup in over 50 countries. Prior to BOT International, Mark had numerous PMO experiences over a 17 year career with IBM and as the Managing Director of Saville Systems Asia Pacific and Vice President of Entrust Greater China.  

Leslie Gazeley

 PMP & CSM Mindful Leadership Evangelist 

Leslie Gazeley is the founder of élan PS Consulting, LLC and is a strategic partner with Inteligenca. She is a skilled presenter who has led many IT webinars and workshops as well as delivered classroom training and keynote presentations for the Project Management Institute (PMI) for the past decade. In addition to holding a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Leslie is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). As part of her overall Agile experience, Leslie has been a key participant and contributor of Agile Transformations. She also has significant experience in corporate learning and development programs, having developed and implemented several specialized training programs. Leslie is a major contributor to the development and delivery of Inteligenca’s mindful leadership and project management training programs.  

Carmen Marsh 

Lead Mindfully! Thought Leader & Agile Transformation Leader 

Carmen is the CEO of Inteligenca, a boutique management consulting company in California. Carmen’s experience comes from leading global teams, projects, programs and companies in high-tech, retail, insurance, and healthcare industries. 

Her career started in Silicon Valley, managing Jumbotron implementations for Sony Incorporated, and continued with IT management roles for dot.coms, including established companies such as SRI International, Meridian Systems/Trimble, USC Norris School of Medicine, and California Medical Association. 

Carmen has implemented several successful PMOs including EPMO where she led organizations through the enterprise agile transformation. She will be sharing many lessons learned and methods that can be practically applied to your organization's agile transformation. 

Carmen has been contributing to the success of companies for 20 years, with her genuine passion for continuous process improvements, coupled with the focus on organizational efficiency and effectiveness. She brings her visionary, forward-focused, resilient, and intuitive business leadership to Inteligenca.
